• Payment metadata: subscription status, plan, and renewal dates. Card details are collected and processed by Paddle — we never see or store them.

• Create and secure your account (legal basis: contract performance).
• Provide the calculator, saved trips, and member features (contract performance).
• Process payments and manage subscriptions through Paddle (contract performance).
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents (legitimate interests).
• Improve the Service and troubleshoot issues (legitimate interests).
• Respond to your support requests (legitimate interests).
• Send transactional emails; marketing emails only where you have consented.

3. Who We Share Data With

• Paddle — our Merchant of Record — for sale of the product, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, invoicing, and refund handling.
• Service providers & subprocessors we use to host the site, store your data, run analytics, deliver email, and provide support tooling.
• Professional advisers (e.g. legal, accounting) where necessary.
• Authorities where required by law or to protect our rights.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain records for tax, accounting, or legal reasons.
