RV Budget Buddy offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on new membership purchases. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your order date.

Membership is billed monthly. You can cancel at any time — your access continues through the end of your current billing cycle and will not renew. Partial or pro-rated refunds are not issued for unused time outside the 14-day window.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you subscribed with, or
Email us at support@rvbudgetbuddy.com and we'll help you submit the request.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.
