These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the RV Budget Buddy website, calculator, and membership services (the "Service") provided by RV Budget Buddy("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

RV Budget Buddy provides an RV trip cost calculator and, for paying members, saved trip history, year summaries, fuel comparisons, and an AI assistant. The free calculator is available without an account. Membership features require sign-in and an active subscription.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that you accept these Terms. Continued use of the Service constitutes ongoing acceptance.

3. Account & Acceptable Use

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must not misuse the Service, including by:

• Using it for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose;
• Infringing intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• Sending spam, malware, or attempting to probe, scan, or breach security; or
• Scraping, reverse engineering, or reselling the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, content, branding, and documentation, is owned by RV Budget Buddy and is protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Membership is billed monthly at the price displayed on the pricing and membership pages. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. 6. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access until the end of the current billing period.

7. Service Availability

We work hard to keep the Service running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error- free performance. Cost figures are estimates for planning purposes only and actual expenses may vary.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated policy violations.

9. Disclaimer & Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
